This website was founded by Former Executive Chef “Darren Hufford” who has worked for a Large International Hotel Chain along with many smaller independant hotels across the UK and Europe.
Our aim is to provide restaurant quality recipes for use when entertaining at home.
Having worked as a chef for many different style of hotels, catering establishments and finally as an Executive chef for a large International hotel chain he developed many new recipes for snacks, main courses and desserts.
These recipes only use ingredients that are now readily available in local shops or supermarkets.
Recipes have been developed then tested on so many friends, neighbours and family.
Many recipes come from my years in the catering industry that have been stored in my head for years and now I’m finally getting them onto paper getting them into recipe format as many people have asked for these recipes.
These have been very popular with customers and staff in many establishments where I have had the privilege to work.
